1. Can I change the online designs?
No you cannot change the designs. You can only enter in your company info or change fonts for selected cards. If you would like a custom design please contact us at info@mcsprintnow.com.

2. Can I download or buy the designs?
The designs are not for download or for sale as computer files or templates.

3. Why can't I change the fonts for all the cards/postcards?
A lot of time was spent on these designs and not all fonts work with each project. We have selected fonts that will look appropriate for each design. For that reason not all of our designs will give you an option to change a font or a color. If you wish to have your project custom designed by us please contact us at info@mcsprintnow.com and we will be more than happy to create one for you.

4. Where is my order?
To view the status of your order please visit our tracking page. This will give you the status of your project. If it has been shipped you should have received an e-mail giving you a UPS tracking number. If you have not received one, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking down your order.

5. What if I am not satisfied with my order?
At MCS PrintNow we maintain high standards. If for some reason you receive your printed item and it is not what you want due to printing error on our end we will reprint your job at no charge.
Please Note: However we are not responsible for any type errors or type going over an image area in the document creation program. During the checkout process you are given a proof that shows you exactly what your card will look like. When you click "order" you accept responsibility for any and all errors due to your typing in the wrong information. We do not review your document for any spelling errors. If you have uploaded your own file we also do not accept any responsibility for any errors that you may have incurred during your document creation. 6. What exactly is your 48hr turn around?
From the time that your order is approved to the time it ships will be approximately 48hrs. Please note that this is not a 48hr guarantee. Most all of aur jobs are turned around in 48hrs. If for some reason your job has not shipped in 48hrs. due to any unforeseen occurrence not under our control you will be notified by e-mail. From the time your order is shipped to the time you receive it depends on the type of shipping you selected during your checkout process. 7. What are your shipping costs?
We ship all of our products through UPS. The amount is determined at time of checkout before your order is fully processed. We offer Ground, Three-Day, and Next Day Shipping.

8. Can I pick-up my job and avoid shipping costs?
Yes you can. Please contact us before you place your order and we will waive the shipping fee and arrange for you to pick up your job.

9. Can I order more than one item at the same time?
Our ordering process does not contain a shopping cart at this time. If you wish to order more than one item you will need to completely go through the ordering process on one item and then order the next. I we see that you concurrently placed several orders we will consolidate the shipping fees if they are shipping to the same address.

10. Can I order a proof?
If you are ordering an item based on our predesigned items we do not offer a proof. Before you check out you will be shown an online image of your order. This is your proof. You will also be sent an image of your order. Please note that due to different color variations of your monitor that the colors of your printed job may change. If you have uploaded your own files and wish to see a proof please contact us and we will give you a cost estimate on a proof.

11. What if I've made a mistake or want to cancel my order?
Once your order has been processed you cannot cancel an order. But if you notice an error immediately after you place your order and you call us right away we will try to cancel it for you. We can be reached at (800) 327-5559.

12. What kind of paper are your business cards and postcards printed on?
Our business cards are printed on a 110lb. high quality heavy weight gloss cover stock. Our postcards are printed on a 12pt. high quality heavy weight gloss cover stock coated both sides.

13. How are my cards printed?
Your cards are printed on a 4-color process (CYMK) press. We do not offer custom spot colors.

14. I want to add more phone numbers or address lines than your order form allows?
Each card has been specifically designed so a customer can enter in their information and the design format will be maintained. To achieve this we have limited what information can be entered in a particular card. If you wish to add more information on a design please contact us and will give you a cost estimate on a custom card.

15. I am having trouble entering my information for a design.
Each product has a custom form for you to enter in your information. Just fill out the fields that you want on your item. You do not have to fill in all the fields. Only the ones that pertain to you. If you have any questions or difficulty please contact us and we will be more than happy to help you with your order.
